| Incorporating Curie point heating, well-established as a
rapid heating system, enables sensitive assays of wide range samples, from low
boiling components to high boiling VOC.
Samples,
small enough to fit into the large capacity quartz sample tube, such as small
electronic parts or polymer materials, can be directly analyzed by the JTD
505II. Sample tubes packed with an adsorbent, i.e. Tenax, are used to analyze
trace components in environmental atmosphere, in cleanroom air and from volatile
contaminants from electronic parts.
VOC analysis is completely supported with strong lineup of
baking ovens for the PAT (primary adsorption tube) and a variety of out gas
collector as peripheral equipment. |
